Time to get back to it!

Our Operation Phoenix T-Shirts arrived so we thought we would break them in. We would encourage you all to support this cause.

After modelling our new threads it was time to workout.
Matt:

Thanks to Melissa Byers for this one. We met Melissa at the Gymnastics Cert where she helped coach, then again this weekend she coached at the Kettlebell Cert. She has a great blog and we look forward to seeing more of her.
