To explain, the CrossFit Total is the sum of the best of three attempts at the squat, the press, and the deadlift.

Press 135-145-Failed at 150
This last one was heavy (see how my form breaks down in the video). My back still needs some time to fully recover. Thankfully Donna managed to massage some life back into me :-)
Trish came in and banged out "Elizabeth". For time 21-15-9 Cleans and Ring Dips. She finished in 12:06 using 65# and the smallest band for the dips.
Donna also cranked out a 3k row this morning. She is aiming to row 100k before Christmas Eve, all part of the Concept 2 Holiday Challenge.
