Squats, Kettlebells, Push Ups and Power Cleans



Donna chose another workout from Melissa this one originally from Gym Jones, it is called "Unworthy", done with a 12kg Kettle Bell
80 squats - 40 KB swings - 20 push ups
40 squats - 20 KB swings - 10 push ups
20 squats - 10 KB swings - 5 push ups
40 squats - 20 KB swings - 10 push ups
80 squats - 40 KB swings - 20 push ups:
For time: 15:29

I worked on my Power Cleans in sets of 3. 15-45-65-85-95-105-115-125-135-145.
Plywood is so handy :-)
