After teaching a barbell lifting skills session at BizFit, I went back later in the day to take on "Nasty Girls"
Nasty Girls (check out the video) is a classic CrossFit workout consisting of:
3 rounds for time of:
50 Squats
7 Muscle-ups
135# Hang power cleans, 10 reps - I scaled this to 115# My back is better but I do not want to push it.
I finished in 12:10. These girls live up to their name.
Donna went to the nutrition seminar at CrossFit Boston, she will update about that and her workouts tomorrow. Needless to say we will be changing our diet somewhat as a consequence.
