Ok, so we are now both certified CrossFit KettleBell Instructors. Day one was spent learning the movements. Day two was a review plus some extra movements then a test of everything covered which amounted to 20 separate moves.

A great cert, Jeff Martone is a very laid back knowledgeable guy with great instructional technique. I recommend it to anyone who wants to increase their knowledge and repertoire of kettlebell skills.
