I did my row first thing this morning. I wanted to get it done and recover before the kettlebell cert tomorrow. Today's goal was 8000m, I got it done in 41:56:06. I found it a bit difficult to focus, but not too bad. I slowed a few times to let Ginger out and wipe sweat from my brow. Other than that it was pretty steady.
I started this challenge because I wanted to get better at things I suck at. Rowing is def one of them. I am bringing my jump rope to practice double unders as well. Remember...practice things you suck at! Avoiding them gets you no where.
