New hair do, jerks and burpees............


Donna's new do!
Last nights dinner, warm sweet potato and spinach salad with almond meal coated chicken cooked in coconut oil. Tasted fantastic!

10 Burpees

I took a rest day and tried to work out some of the knots in my back and shoulder.

Alright...a few things:
