Coffee, Back Squats and Balls....................


EC sent us some "boot knock'n good" coffee from Montana. We will give our post taste test report tomorrow :-)

Kiwi took a sheep down the stairs and into the car, only she knows why.
We spent some time today working on the Olympic Weightlifting Clinic for Saturday. We will see how far we can get in 2 hours.

The workout at CF East Sac was: Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5 Reps
I like all the pretty coloured bumpers
Matt: 295#
Donna: 145#

Then 10 Minutes As Many Reps As Possible:
Run 200m
Slam Ball 20/12

*In teams of two, one partner performs slam ball while the other runs 200m, then they switch. Team score will be the total slam ball reps completed.
I did this with Travis and we scored 305.
Donna hit a MetCon based on yesterdays workout. Two rounds for time:
Row 500m
15 Burpees
10 Deadlifts 155#
Time: 8:54
Yes Justin this does make your ass look big!
This afternoon we headed back in to CFES to run Paige through some of her CrossFit elements movements. She moves pretty well and shouldn't have a problem joining the classes if she so chooses.
