After another attempt at Paleo Pizza and a couple of episodes of Dexter we headed to bed early last night.

Clean 135/95
Ring Dip
The clean was a full clean not a power clean so that makes a difference to how this workout goes.
Matt: 10:10 -115# and ring dips
Donna: 11:13 -73# and assisted bar dips
I was being nice to my shoulder so went light and tried to focus on my clean technique.
Once we got home we spent time doing prep for the run clinic tomorrow morning. Join us at East Sac at 8am.
