Who needs a box to box jump?
An armful of pugs
Donna ended up doing 3 massages today, which kind of ate up time, so I hit the noon workout at East Sac without her. Turns out a stack of 45# bumpers makes a good 24" box
4 Rounds For Time: 10 Wall Ball 20/14 10 Box Jump 24"/20" 10 DB Squat Clean 40's/20's
This was just lovely (NOT) as Rx in 9:42 Justin bonds with the girls
Then we headed out to check out a different dog park. This one has separate areas for big and little (under 20#) dogs. So the girls got to hang out with another pug and not be bullied by the big dogs. It is nice to have a couple of off leash parks close by, but now the girls are exhausted.
We are headed for a busy weekend with "Fight Gone Bad" tomorrow morning, an Olympic Weightlifting Seminar in the afternoon and then watching an O Lifting competition on Sunday.
Then Monday we head off to car shop as Paige finally got her California drivers licence yesterday. Congratulations Paige, now lets see what sort of sensible car we can find for you ;-)
