So with that motivation we headed into the gym to hit some catch up workouts.
I am still nursing my shoulder so did a variation of a running wod, 4 rounds for time:
Run 400m - 50 Squats
Run 400m - 50 Sit Ups
Run 400m - 50 Back Extensions
Run 400m - 50 Box Jumps 20" box
50 Back Extensions then run, try it some time, not a pretty sight!
Finishing out the box jumps to finish in 14:52.

Donna played catch up with her 5 x 3 front squats, finishing with 130#
Last rep was ugly but she got it done!

Then a version of "Annie" - Run 200m, 50 Sit Ups, Run 200m, 40 Sit Ups, Run 200m, 30 Sit Ups, Run 200m, 20 Sit Ups, Run 200m, 10 Sit Ups. Time: 11:41
