Massages and Front Squats

Even Ginger got a massage
Donna had a full day of massages but still managed to complete the strength portion of the workout at CFES.

But she needed a nap

Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5 Reps
Matt: 250#
Donna: 120#

Then I hit the conditioning, 3 Rounds For Time:
Sprint 100m
10 Burpees
Sprint 100m
10 KB Swing 70/44
Matt: 5:20 as Rx

Trying out Travis' knee wraps, like having rubber bands around your knees
Off to dinner tonight with the CFES Crew at Rio City Cafe in Old Scaramento down by the river.
