Yeah Deadlifts :-)

Lots to think about and integrate into our plans for MaD CrossFit in New Zealand thanks to Dutch.

So to take a break from business planning we headed to CrossFit East Sac for the noon workout. They started a new strength cycle today with deadlifts, a favourite lift for both of us.

Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5 Reps

Matt: 335# Donna: 215#

3 Rounds For Time:
10 Chest To Bar Pull Ups
15 Ball Slam 20/12

Donna: 3:41 Light Band Pull Ups

Matt: 3:04 as Rx

After that it was home for me and the girls to continue working on the MaD program, while Donna had a couple of massages booked.
