We went into East Sac today to work technique for the Mad Skillz Kettlebell Clinic and hit some Oly Lifting.
The kettlebell skills included; Russian, Power, American and One Arm Swings, Hand to Hand skills, Cleans, Presses and Snatches.

1. Clean and Jerk: 60%x3. 65%x2, (70%x1, 75%x1, 80%x1)3
Matt: 125/135/145/155/165#
Donna: 73/78/83/88/93#
2. Clean pulls: 90%x3, 95%x3, 100%x2, +5 kg
(work speed thru the middle)
Matt: 185/195/205/215#
Donna: 98/103/108/113#
3. Clean shrugs: 100%+20 kg x 5, +40 kg x 5.
