The workout was another from Mikes Gym
1. snatch: 60%x3. 65%x2, (70%x1, 75%x1, 80%x1)3 - Matt: 100/110/115-125-135# Donna: 45/50/50-53-56#
2. snatch pulls: 90%x3, 95%x3, 100%x2, +5 kg x 2(work speed thru the middle) Matt: 150/155/165/175# Donna: 53/58/63/68/73#
3. sn push press: 5 x 5. Both of us are nursing our shoulders so worked technique and not weight.
4. speed good mornings: 5 x 5. work on driving the hips up not out. We worked these very light.

Tonight we are headed to Brew It Up Brewery and Grill, Paige is driving so we both get to sample plenty of the beer's on offer :-)
