Foam Rollers, Tennis Balls and Front Squats!

Donna taught her body maintenance session at CrossFit East Sacramento today. She took everyone through stretches and rolling from head to toe.
Starting at the neck and working down

Tennis balls are good for more than just tennis (Thanks to Brian for the bag of balls!)
Then onto the rollers

So who doesn't have tight hamstrings?

Even Kiwi joined in!

Afterwards I did the max effort lift for the day: 3 x 5 Front Squats. I finished with 3 at 275#.


Congratulations to Greg and Aimee from Catalyst Athletics who got married yesterday. Maybe you guys can have a second honeymoon in NZ?


We also said goodbye to Dallas and Melissa from CrossFit 603 as they headed back to the east coast. Glad you guys made it out :-) Now you have to come to NZ so Dallas can jump a New Zealand Police car :-)
