Our apartment is top right. The pool area, sadly no dogs allowed.
We had a late start yesterday as a consequence of watching "Harper's Island" online via Netflicks, I think Donna is addicted, at least there are only 2 episodes left.
Then it was off to CrossFit East Sac to workout and set up a room that Donna is going to use for massage.

Both of us went light to allow niggly back issues a chance to rest (well kind of) we both looked to complete each round without releasing the bar.
Once we were done it was back home to await the return of the boys from Chico. Darren headed down to Santa Cruz, while James hung out with us last night.

James headed down to San Fransisco today, so now we are back to just us and the girls. We are enjoying a day off from the gym and nearly have all our flights sorted for the trip to NZ. Looks like our last day in the US will be Sept 26. Yes that's right we will be flying out on our wedding anniversary :-)
