WOD at Boston CrossFit - Thanks Neal!

Neal at CrossFit Boston (http://crossfitboston.squarespace.com/ ) was kind enough to let us use his facilities.

AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) in 20 minutes of:

10 Reps 65# Thruster (Front Squat combined with Overhead Press)
10 Reps Pull Ups
Sounds easy right! Well watch out for those two exercise WOD's they HURT!
Matt: as Rx 13 Rounds + 10 Thrusters
Donna: 45# Thrusters and Jumping Pull Ups when required, 10 Rounds + 3 Thrusters

Both of us ended up shattered, it was hot and humid so a lot of sweat was left behind.

After the WOD we headed out to breakfast at Martins Coffee Shop in Brookline (http://www.hiddenboston.com/Martins.html). Great breakfast! I had the Irish, complete with blood pudding and real baked beans. Not very Zone Diet friendly but it was worth it!
