Girls at the gym!

Donna taught tonight. It was supposed to be a 10k run but we came up with another option. We called it "Mini Multi Murph": 5 Rounds- 800m run, 5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups and 15 Squats. Jason and Claudia gave it their all and Jason stayed after to play with the girls while we worked out. Thanks Jason.

Donna also ran today, a hilly 5k in 27:31. She was practicing her POSE technique for the clinic coming up next month.
