Today we ran a run clinic (pardon the pun), check out MaD CrossFit for details. Then home to tag and sort out for the tag sale.
We even had a couple of guys through early who picked up a lot of stuff for a Sober Living Camp in Canaan CT, we are always happy to help out a good cause.
The girls helped out as best they could.

aw the girls are so cute :) i miss them! The tag sale stuff looks very... organized haha good thing Matt's there to help out. I still want to see what that dress looks like in my closet how come there's no pic of Matt wearing it on here?
