Matt's on the Cape

So, Matt, Dan, Kat and Esme' took off for Cape Cod this morning. Sounds like they had a great time of site seeing....Thank's mom for showing them around.


In the Berkshire's it was School, Home inspection and dinner of "Food Matt won't eat"


Since Matt does not eat shellfish, I ran out and bought crab and shrimp. I have been craving coconut shrimp! A bit of almond meal and coconut flakes and 'whoa' ! great dinner. I miss Matt, but dinner was FAB!
