Ok, so I was feeling unwell today and skipped the workout, now I think everyone at MaD CrossFit thinks I am faking it.
The workout today was borrowed from CrossFit East Sacramento, thanks Justin. He called it "The Bastard Child of Linda."
Linda (aka "3 bars of death") is a named CrossFit.com workout that goes like this:
Deadlift 1 1/2 BW
Bench BW
Clean 3/4 BW
10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 rep rounds for time.
Bench BW
Clean 3/4 BW
10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 rep rounds for time.
Justin's version goes like this:
Deadlift 1 1/2 BW
Ring Dips
Snatch 3/4 BW
10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 rep rounds for time
Ring Dips
Snatch 3/4 BW
10/9/8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 rep rounds for time
Donna took this on first and we learned some stuff. If you scale, go lighter than you think!

Deadlift 155#
Box dips with feet up
Snatch 35# scaled down to 30# then changed to Power Snatch and Over Head Squat
Then Jason and Trish hit the workout.

Deadlift 225# scaled down to 205#
