Today was the day for the Title 5 inspection of the houses septic system, just another step in the sales process. Good news, it passed no problem. Bad news, they have to dig up the back lawn to do the inspection.
I originally plotted "Diane" (21-15-9 Deadlift 225# and Handstand Push Ups) as the workout for
MaD CrossFit today. But last week
CrossFit.com posted a
CrossFit Games preparation workout (
watch video here) in the
CrossFit Journal. It is similar but with a little bit of a twist so we thought we would try it out.

Jason and I did this wod at the beginning of strength bias (check March 19th) our times from then....Jason: 5:59 - Donna: 9:08, Turns out, lifting heavy shit makes your wod times faster!
