45 pound Thruster, 50 reps - subbed these with Push Press
Everyone was feeling the effects from yesterday so the thrusters gave way to a push press.
Good effort on the workout guys. I am still not feeling great so I skipped the Met Con.
We are headed to New York state tomorrow to run a Kettlebell Clinic so the truck is loaded with bells.
