Saturday's skill session was a squat clinic. We worked on Air, Front and Overhead Squat. Everyone showed great improvements over the session and left with some homework to include in their warmups.
Today we headed in the gym so Trish could try out her new Do-Win weightlifting shoes.

Did a search for botev weightlifting shoes and found your website. I've been contemplating getting a pair and looking for reviews on them. Currently have the Adidas Adistars? Do you like them and is it weird to not have straps??
Thanks so much!
Ryan
I love my shoes! That said, they are my first lifting shoes. I can def get them tight enough and don't miss the velcro straps. I mountain bike and have had both velcro and tie shoes, I perfer the tie. I also like the padded arch inside the botev, that is lacking in the do-wins and vs. Guess it depends on your foot arch etc. I have never tried the Adistars but have heard great things about them.
cheers!
thanks Donna, I appreciate your response :)
