Snatch balance + 2 overhead squats - 65% (of snatch balance) x 3 sets
Matt: 90# Donna: 45#

Tall snatch - 35% (of snatch) x 2 x 3
Matt: 50# Donna: 25#
Matt: 50# Donna: 25#
Pull-ups - 3 x max
Matt: 10/10/11 Donna: 7/6/5
Hanging leg raises - 3 x 15 - these are truly horrible.
We also fitted in a spin class at the Y in Pittsfield, so a busier day than we first thought.

yes, and i any pictures of ME doing hanging leg raises were collected and destroyed! you should thank me.
