Donna spent this afternoon guest coaching at Albany CrossFit, thanks to Jason for the opportunity and feedback.

I helped out and corralled the girls, that part was easy as they had found some of Jason's dogs bones.

With a bone the size of her head, Kiwi was one happy dog!
