We spent today repacking, shipping stuff and sorting out some banking stuff before we headed to CrossFit Cape Cod to teach classes.

Donna taught a couple of strength bias deadlift sessions and I hit a Snatch session covering the Burgener warm up and skill transfer exercises.

In our own snatch practice, Donna got to 65#, still playing with technique and I got back up to 165#, so I am very happy with that.
