Menage a tois??????

So todays workout at BizFit according to the main CrossFit site was "Cindy" or "Mary". I decided it should be "Mary" then Cindy", hence the title of this post. Also Donna did "Cindy" with me so maybe that counts as well.

"Mary" as prescribed (Rx) In 20 minutes complete As many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating legs
15 Pull-ups

Matt: 6 rounds + 40 seconds of Handstand hold
"Cindy" In 20 minutes AMRAP of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

Matt: 19 rounds + 5 Pull-ups
Donna: 13 rounds + 5 Pull-ups + 5 Push-ups
The girls help me write up the scores
Great work tonight by Jason and Trish taking on Mary and then Jason pushing himself with Cindy as well.
