In preparation for class tomorrow Donna took on "Mr Joshua" a CrossFit Hero workout.
As prescribed (Rx) "Mr. Joshua" Five rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters
30 Glute-ham sit-ups
250 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
We scaled it down somewhat,call it jet lag modification, Three rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters (Run splits 2:13, 2:20, 2:30). Checkout that forward lean and figure 4, POSE running baby.
30 AbMat sit-ups
115 Deadlift, 15 reps
