Both Donna and I felt a bit off yesterday. We tried to workout late in the day and it just wasn't going to happen.
So it was back to the gym this morning for another try. Much better results.

Pull Ups were band assisted with our new blue iron woody http://www.ironwoodyfitness.com/ band. Handy hint with these, rinse the rubber dust off before you use them the first time. We both had an allergic reaction of sorts.
Other than that a quiet weekend. We walked the girls, Donna did lots of study and I did some work around the house.
