Donna gets her Rope Climb!

Donna and I headed to Crossfit Great Barrington http://www.bizfitcrossfit.com/. Donna to teach class and then workout and me to do my Catalyst workout.
















After her workout Donna played with the ropes and got her first full ascent!

Good form with the rope in contact with thighs, shins and feet!
