Wednesday Late Workout

Busy day for us both. Donna at school and me helping to repair a shingle roof. So it was another late workout.

Front squat - heavy single; not max Matt: 245# Donna: 125#
Rack jerk - heavy single Matt:175# Donna: 100#

3 rounds for time of:
30 Ball slams - 10% BW
10 clapping push-ups
Matt: 3:29 using a 16# Slam ball
