Isn't Thursday a Rest Day?

Well it is supposed to be, but Greg at Catalyst changed the schedule this week as we are lifting heavy on Saturday.

Today was:

Muscle snatch + 2 overhead squat + snatch balance - 3 sets med weight Matt: 95# Donna: 35#
2-position snatch (mid-hang, floor) - 60% x 4 sets Matt: 65#
V-ups - 3 x 10

Met Con - we both skipped this as we ran out of time at the gym.
3 sets:600 m row sprint 3 min rest
