New toys

I ventured into New York state today after finding some promising stuff on Craigslist. I came home with a power rack, 265# of weight and an 45# Olympic bar :-)


After putting it all back together, Jason came over and we all hit the wod for tomorrow from MaD CrossFit, For time:

185 pound Deadlift, 21 reps
Run 400 meters
21 Knees to elbows
185 pound Deadlift, 18 reps
Run 400 meters
18 Knees to elbows
185 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
Run 400 meters
15 Knees to elbows
185 pound Deadlift, 12 reps
Run 400 meters
12 Knees to elbows

Matt: 17:43 as Rx
Jason: 17:59 as Rx

No whiteboard yet, maybe tomorrow when I visit home depot for plywood for the lifting platforms.

i did this montrosity tonight after lifting.

back was SMOKED after heavy deads last night, so went with 135#, 17.54. nice combo.

Nice ec...funny I thought about going heavier, but was glad I didn't. still trying to recover from lack of sleep.

yeah, i often like to go heavier 'cause its as an excuse to rest! i wanted to keep this at weight that the deads remained unbroken.

yeah, itll be a bit til youre back on schedule! turns out, thats what happens when you fly halfway around the world.
