Diane

Yesterday was a rest day so it was back to it today.

After a full CrossFit Warm Up we hit Diane.

Deadlift 225#/155#

Hand Stand Push Ups

Jason: 5:59 225# Hand Stand Holds (1 second = 1 rep)
Trish: 8:40 125# Hand Stand Push Ups in the bands
Donna: 9:08 155# Hand Stand Holds (1 second = 1 rep)
Matt: 10:04 225# 1/3 Hand Stand Push Ups 2/3 assisted on the rack

This is a great workout, but man does it work you over.
