We spent yesterday at CrossFit Watertown.
Donna doing massages and me building weight plate racks (Thanks to Greg at Catalyst for the design).
Donna seems to have perfected the Paleo Pizza recipe, almond meal crust and lots of meat :-)

PS- What is this "PALEO" pizza nonsense. Olive Garden has unlimited bread sticks.

I love a good rack, almost as much as I love bread, but meat is so much better, I think I see another bacon explosion in my future.
