A mixed day

Donna made up for missing yesterdays workout

Deadlifts 3 x 3 - 195-200-210# PR

Run 400m x 4 rest 2 minutes between efforts - 1:55, 1:55, 1:57, 2:01

Donna was at school and I spent the day making boxes.

There is a method to my madness.

The girls hung out in the yard - I think they need a fence.

Then we went to dinner in Lenox at the Lenox Garage, great Tex-Mex food :-)

Oh and we found some bacon chocolate, almost perfect, except it is milk not dark chocolate.

not sure if you actually tried that chocolate bar - but im not a fan. besides the fact it isn't dark - the REAL problem is there isnt enough bacon. i don't want bits of bacon in my chocolate - i want full bacon strips dipped in chocolate. dark chocolate. aduh.

id pay a pretty penny for that.

EC, for you I will make grass fed nitrite free bacon, dipped in dark chocolate and put it on a stick! the real deal!

Taz, not wrong, just not the right recipe, I am working on it. Once you taste it, you'll want to strap on a subaru legacy and haul it! LOL
