We both started the day after a crappy nights sleep. I think the stress is getting to us.
Anyway more packing today and more bullshit from our real estate company. It just never ends.
So onto the workout.
Today's workout is brought to you from the So Cal Qualifier, the first workout was:

10 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
5 Power Clean / Anyway Overhead 155/105#

We played with this a bit and took it to 50%.
Donna did 3 rounds of the prescribed reps in 7:11 65#/Light Band Pull Ups
Jason, Erik and I cut the reps in half but did 6 rounds, so 15 Squats, 5 CTB Pull Ups and 3 Cleans and Jerks.
Jason: 9:10 135#/chin over bar
Erik: 10:10 95/ chin over bar
Matt:6:06 135#/ chest to bar
