Hit the MaD CrossFit workout tonight.

5 x 5 Over Head Squats

60-65-70 x 2 -65-65

Followed by a quick Met Con

3 Rounds For Time

20 Pull Ups

20 Walking Lunges 20kg overhead

Time 5:30
Looks like the weather will be good so I am hoping for some good mountain biking :-)
