I am taking another rest day before the Oxfam 100km Trailwalker this weekend.

So thanks to Grant and Donna for test running the Tabata with Tires workout tonight.

Score each rep, 1 Tabata Interval (8 x 20:10) of each exercise. Positive feedback from both participants, we will do this one again :-)
