Missed out on one house, fingers crossed for the next..........

Looks like we didn't get the first house we were after :-( Hopefully we have better luck with the next one.

We headed out in the wind and rain to look at some warehouses and to make up for the workout we missed yesterday.

Donna: DeadLift 3-3-3-1-1-1 95kg/209#
Matt: Weighted Pull Up 3-3-3-1-1-1 30kg/66#

Then we both did the same MetCon, For Time:
50 Barbell Thrusters (20kg barbell)
40 Jump rope Double Unders
30 DB Swings (55lbs/35lbs)
20 Barbell Reverse Alt Lunge (10/side) Hold barbell overhead in snatch grip
10 Burpees

Donna: 9:28 with DU's
Matt: 6:50 with SU's I still need to work on those double unders!

Off to visit the girls again tomorrow :-)

Matt, I forbid you to ever do single unders in a WOD again. You could scale reps or just suck it up and take 30 minutes to get through. No more ducking out though unless your gastrocnemius is about to tear off your soleus. Your too good of an athlete to bow out of DU's. A few rough days and you will see major improvement. Don't wait for DU's to come to you, MAKE IT HAPPEN! Also, get a longer rope than that buddy lee rope you guys have.
