Snatch, Jerk, Pull and Squat

Today we headed back to Auckland to get ready for the run clinic on Saturday. We managed to catch up with Rachel and Chris for lunch before heading to CFNZ to hit a Catalyst workout:
Power snatch + 2 snatch - 65% x 2 sets; 70% x 3 sets
Jerk - 70% x 3 x 2; 75% x 3 x 3
Clean pull - 90% x 7 x 4
Back squat - 60% x 8; 65% x 8; 70% x 6; 75% x 6 x 2
V-ups - 3 x 15

Darren from CFNZ joined in for some Snatch technique work. We both scaled the workout back a little as jet lag and fatigue kicked in. Tomorrow we head to CF Auckland to check it out before the Oly Cert in November.

more finish, d! shoulders need to be behind the bar there... slight layback of torso, while hips stay vertical.
