You could scale reps or just suck it up and take 30 minutes to get through. No more ducking out though unless your gastrocnemius is about to tear off your soleus. Your too good of an athlete to bow out of DU's. A few rough days and you will see major improvement. Don't wait for DU's to come to you, MAKE IT HAPPEN!
