Beach run and Turkish coffee :-)........
We got out in the sun this morning for a run on the beach. So nice to be 3 blocks from the sea.
Today we are hanging out at Cafe Kilimin Petone, catching up on our Internet reading and research as the connection at the apartment has become a bit sporadic. We go on cable broadband at the new house so that will be much better.
Looking at more warehouse space tomorrow before another trip up the coast to visit the girls.

I spent 21 years serving in the New Zealand Army before coming to the US to spend time with Donna. I began Crossfitting in Feb 2008, since then I have completed the following certifications and seminars: CrossFit Level 1, Crossfit Running and Endurance, Catalyst Athletics Olympic Weightlifting Semiar, CrossFit Basic Barbell, CrossFit Gymnastics, CrossFit Kettlebell Instructor, CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit Nutrition.

FYI, our current flat is 3 blocks from the beach, our new house rental is not. But we still have great views! Miss you L!
