Squats make your butt sore!!!!!

Not much to add today, coached the 6pm class and rolled out.

Butt is super sore from yesterday!

Don't you just love being sore though? I mean, when I'm NOT sore, I don't feel like I've been working hard enough. Kinda twisted thinking I guess. :)
