Since I have been prescribing body weight WOD's on MaD CrossFit, it was only right that we should do them ourselves.
Today was courtesy of Eva T and consisted of: 10 Push Ups, 10 Sit Ups, 10 Squats - 10 Rounds
Donna did it as Rx in 13:43, I subbed Hand Stand Holds for Squats and finished in the same time.
This was our last wod in NZ. Now we are packed and ready to head for the airport and 20+ hours of flying to get to Albany on Monday morning.
